In this iceberg model I explain the change in delivery food from restaurants due to the corona virus. The use of plastic packaging is increasing because of this event. The patterns, structures and mental models are explained more elaborate in the model.

Mapping

The second model is more focussing on the proces of how the packaging can be made. The mapping shows in a diagram the process from growing vegetables, to making paper out of the waste, using the packaging for transporting food and starting the cycle again by using the waste as compost.

Essay

The assignment for theory was to write an 500-words essay on your research. In my essay I talk about how making packaging from food waste can change the food industry.
